8/6/2023 0 Comments Great wolf lodge ncUpon checking I could have used my other credit cards to order food, drink and other activities. She stated no only the card I had on file for my room. I then asked if I could use different method of payment to eat and do other activities. Then, she also stated that I had to buy everything thought my room #. I had ask for supervisor to receive my pass. I had enough of that Representative going back and forth about my checking in ,to my payment, and my complementary passes. I informed her at least three times that **** put it in place located where they keep the complementary passes and she didn't look. I also inquired about the three complementary passes, and she indicated that, there was no notes concerning the pass. Which was also a problem for me because she said it would be 4 to 7 which the waterpark closes at eight I didn't see the use for the birthday party so I canceled that. Then, the 94 dollar for the party and if Representative couldn't pinpoint the time and a delivery of the birthday Bash delivery. We finally got an understanding of what type we can make in which there was deposit hold of ****** for my room. She ignore any of my questions about putting either debit, credit card on file. Customer showed no empathy to my confusion and concerns. I expressed this to customer representative. Upon my check in I was surprised that card need be on file because I booked on affirmed. I arrive to my location and approach the front desk to check in. **** stated to informed the rep of the location where they leave the complementary bracelet. **** informed me to notify anyone at the desk concerning the pass for my guest. I was apologized to and was given three complementary pass. I also explained to her the different changes I went through concerning the day passes. I spoke with **** and explained my situation concerning the party and water passes. I then asked to speak a supervisor but I was transferred to the concord location. Then, I was able to speak with another representative and they also repeated the same information. I even asked for cancellation in which representatives stated I would not get deposit back which was for ****. I asked throughout this call for Supervisor and never was transferred to one. I was also declined an upgrade as well and was offered another room for $800 more in which I thought was ridiculous especially when I was already paying ******** plus Birthday Party packages. So then I asked if there was anyway cut upgrade my room to a bigger room so that I can get braces for my party group. So I am inquired about having my room upgrade it due to the fact that on the website in upon checking with your call-center, I was informed that there were no more day passes for that particular day. Upon checking I was informed that my call was considered an inquiry concerning the park passes for my party group. I mistakenly thought that my pass was add to my account. I called customer service line due to my water park bracelets for my party guess. The first issue to start with was the **** line in which I believe it gear toward having customers pay more money then resolving issues. To whom may concern, I am writing this review for other customers beware.
